Abstract

The imputation criteria to the collective entity are discussed, sustaining that the legal person’s theory of crime must be constructed in an analogical way to the imputation to natural persons, emphasizing that the culpability must be based on the lack of fidelity to the law, which manifests itself when self-organizing defectively while performing a socially disturbing fact.
