Abstract

Interview granted to the Scientific Coordinator of CPJM, Prof. Artur Gueiros, facing issues related to the Criminal Law of Globalization and the transnationalization of economic crimes, in particular the relationship between the institutes of Civil Law and Common Law, the preventive effectiveness of compliance programs, the criminal and procedural regulation of the corporate  entity's  criminal  liability,  the  forfeiture  not  based  on  conviction  and  the  scientific proximity among the Portuguese-speaking countries.
