Legal effects of terminating the award-winning collaboration agreement

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the process of formation and termination of the award-
winning collaboration agreement, focusing on the role of the judge in the agreement, as well as
possible consequences arising from the termination of an award-winning collaboration
agreement. To this goal, an approach to the legal provision will be carried out in line with the
General Theory of Legal Business, as well as the position of the courts on the matter, always
seeking an interpretation that adapts the analysis of the situation (termination) to the public
interest inherent to the criminal investigations.
