Abstract

It discusses the points of convergence and divergence between Regulatory Law, Competition Law, Economic Criminal Law and Criminal Procedural Law, having as a guiding principle the cases submitted to judgment at the Brazilian Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE), addressing, among other formal and material aspects, the joint negotiation between CADE and the Public Prosecutor's Office with the investigated party, about leniency and others prosecutions agreements.
