Abstract

The present article arise from the observation of some cases that showed the capacity of the social media influence society. Therefore, it’s approach the role of social media into the current society and how social media management interacts with the users. The article project this analyses to the law to understand how the users realize their rights in the social media, in especial, the freedom of speech. Besides that, the paper considers that social media is a business activity with high risks and highly profitable. The management of social media involves high risks each are relevant to assessing criminal responsibility. For that, using a inductive method, the paper searches to understand the duties and criminal responsibility in the management of
social media.
