Criminal Compliance in the Jurisprudence Of The Superior Court of Justice (STJ)

Abstract

The term compliance is increasingly reaching Brazilian courts, including in criminal matters. In jurisprudential research using the aforementioned term on the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) portal, 8 (eight) rulings and 172 (one hundred and seventy-two) monocratic decisions were identified. Of this set, for the purpose of this work, it was decided to focus on the judgments, dealing in more detail with one especially focused on topics related to Criminal Compliance.
