O compliance no Ministério Público / Compliance program in The Public Prosecution Service

Abstract

This paper discusses the compliance programs that are being adopted by organizations of a public nature, especially by the Prosecution Office. For this purpose, the criminology theories explaining organizational deviations, general issues of compliance in the public administration, as well as theoretical and practical aspects of the regulation of compliance programs in the Brazilian Public Prosecution Service are exposed.
