Abstract

The paper analyzes the liability of legal entities for the criminal offenses provided for by Italian law. Firstly, by analyzing Legislative Decree 231/2001 and the nature of the liability attributed to legal persons, whether it is administrative, criminal or hybrid. Then, the criteria for assigning such liability and the most relevant dogmatic controversies are addressed.
